Dear Mr. Joseph, The two weeks I spent at your Homestay had been a long awaited one for me for I am always in the ship and hardly get to be in the civilized world. Your hospitality, sincerity and kind behaviour, made the stay feel like home. The cold mornings and the fresh air because of the trees and plants around your house make it an ideal place to meditate and spend time in introspection. The coconut trees however remind me of my home, and I never felt that I was staying at a place miles away from my home. The reasonable cost of accommodation and the healthy breakfast are ideal for young bachelors coming for short trips. All needs are well attended to, like TV, WiFi, hot water and most importantly, a comfortable bed to rest. It was a wonderful experience!!

We loved the stay at your super-green and beautiful homestay. The room was comfortable and clean. It is an extremely calm place and we surely would love to come back whenever we are in Kochi again. We the staff and 35 students of NEHU campus,; Dept:of Garo and English had come for the Educational tour and had stayed for two nights at JOSE FARMS. It was a pleasant stay with all the facilities; without any shortage of water, electricity and most of all the place was highly secure. With much appreciation, the place is highly recommendable for the visitors coming from far flung areas. Therefore we all thank Uncle Jose for allowing us to stay in his homely farm house. It was a nice stay here at Jose Farms. We stayed here for one night and were treated very friendly. They made sure that everything is there for our comfort. Very helpful people. Breakfast was very tasty.

Stayed at Jose Farms for the New Year festival. The room was comfortable and clean. Conveniently located near city and just a short distance from boat jetty to Fort Cochin. Jose uncle & aunty are very helpful. The only problem was with bsnl wi-fi, which comes on and off.

Me & John, both Swedish, stayed at Jose Farms for two nights. Celebrated New Year and watched foot ball. Jose is very friendly, and the place is clean,quiet and conveniently located. Thanks for your hospitality.

It is time to express our experience about our stay at this residence. I will say that it is a home away from home. The facilities that are provided and the behaviour of the landlord are very nice.
