Joseph has been the best host we have had in India! Always greets you with a smile. We stayed for two days and found the location quiet and nice; close to the train station. Room was large and clean. A/C worked perfect. Breakfast and tea were delicious! Thank you Joseph, for a great stay.

We are very thankful to Jose, for his flexibility and helpful nature in giving us information about Kochi and surrounding places. We loved the mixture of steamed rice cake with coconut that we had for breakfast. The A/C worked perfect, and the room was very clean.

I booked here for two days, but spent four days here.The room was clean and friendly. The breakfast is very delicious; and for early starters, it is available packed in casseroles. Josef\'s information about backwaters and Kathakali, were really good. He also helped me to get a better railway ticket for onward travel. If possible, I shall be coming here again on my return trip. Jose Farms Homestay: It a simple place; gives me very good feeling and is safe. I found it in the link 'Lametel' a shop in Tel Aviv center.It is very comfortable to go and come, because it is very close to the city center. Joseph always gives me very good advice. The area is beautiful. The service is very good. The food is very tasty. The internet and wi-fi very useful.

I cannot add much to all that has alredy been said. It is all true. Joseph cares very well for his guests and is all in all a great host. A perfect model for all homestays. Now it is time for me to leave here, and I know I will miss it. What more to say except Good luck to Joseph & Family!!!

The hospitality of Mr. Jose is beyond words- Always a big smile will meet you... The room was very well prepared indeed and the breakfast was fantastic. I was visiting friends in the neighbourhood and coming home late in the evening was no problem. Thanks So much for your kindness and hospitality. P.S.
