The stay here at Jose Farms was a great experience for us. The location is at a very suitable place in the city and the place had a great ambiance. We would love to visit here again and again.

We came here for hospital purpose, but we got all the facilities of a house with good atmosphere and surroundings. Jose chettan took good care of us. Thank you for everything that you did for us and we are very happy for your kindness.

We stayed here for about ten days. We came here as a group for a project purpose. Here we got good stay and we are happy with the stay. Jose uncle is a very kind person. The place is very quiet. The room is very clean. The only problem we faced was the occasional intrusion of mosquitoes that come in when the door is open. We shall like to stay here when we come to Ernakulam next month. Thank you again for the good stay.

We stayed for four days at Jose Farms. The best part about this place is, though it is within this bustling city; this place is peaceful, tranquil and has a rustic charm around it. What attracts me most is the farm adjoining this homestay, as I have an agricultural background. Tis is the second time I have chosen to stay here and I shall definitely consider this option against a city hotel. Mr. Jose is a warm gentleman and ensures that his guests are comfortable. The rooms are neat, sufficiently spacious and reasonably equipped. Overall a great place to be away from the city, while in the city. I recommend this to all like minded folks. Enjoyed 2 nights at Jose Farms. I have stayed in this homestay twice before. I decided to come back here because Mr. Jose is very hospitable and flexible in all the dealings which makes me feel at home. Rooms are very nice; the bathrooms are also very neat. Overall the experience was excellent. The major attraction of this homestay is that it is located in the city with access to the railway station. The peace and tranquility here is incomparable. Myself, my daughter and my wife stayed at Jose Farms for two nights. Had a very good time here. The place, even at the centre of Cochin provides a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are very neat and clean Jose sir is such a good and understanding man, giving great care. The house surroundings were also very neat providing fresh air and a good environment. Myself Sonia & my family with my husband and son; and my husband's friend's family stayed at Uncle's farm for one night. Uncle is very understanding and caring. He welcomed us like we are part of his family. Rooms are clean with neat bathrooms. First good thing is that it is very near to Railway Station. From the room it is a very beautiful view of nature;ie so many trees and plants. I didn't feel to close the door of the room; fresh air was coming with beautiful voice of birds! The room you gave to our family is very nice. Our family had a good sleep. The chairs, table, TV, and the AC are very nice. Your garden is very beautiful and the two dogs are so cute. We are very thankful for the shower in the bathroom. My mother, brother, father and me too bathed in that shower and thanks for the warm water. Jose Farms has a very homely atmosphere in Cochin, which is a very crowded place. Mr. Jose is very co-operative and the stay here and the rates were much better than the hotel rooms. We felt very calm and cool. Good hospitality; pleasant and satisfying. Thank you for your co-operation and sincerity.

With pleasure I note the fact that my stay here last night was peaceful. Really it is a peace cottage. Unusual green cover; innocent and smiling reception of Jose chettan; calm and quite natural; at the same time simple. Who can deny the fact...It is beautiful!! I will come here again.
