It is very apt for a family stay. The place is like a guest house. The in-charge person is so fine and gives good advice about our trips. TV may be upgraded with more Tamil channels. Towels and bathing items per person makes it good. Thank you very much. We had a good time there.

Stayed here for three days and enjoyed seeing places around here. Very good, comfortable stay and shall be happy to return again.

This is my first trip to Cochin and my stay here was very relaxing and comfortable. The room was very clean and had a lot of space for a single person. The A/C and the fan were very nice to have and it was very safe and friendly atmosphere here.

We came here for treatment of our son. Mr. Jose & Family are rare persons to find; always smiling and helpful. The food served was like really staying in a home and he gave us a lot of support for treatment of our son. During our stay for three days, we stayed with good support and comfort. We strongly feel that Jose Farms; esp Mr. Jose & family take a lot of efforts in rendering humane help and have feelings for the needy. Once again our heartfelt regards for Mr. Jose & Family. It was a pleasant stay. Rooms were good and the standards were acceptable for a 'Homestay'. we should appreciate Mr. Jose who really cares for the guests and also maintains the property well. In terms of food, breakfast is good. Lunch and Dinner can be improved by adding more dishes. It is also a good revenue earner for the homestay. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay and will return soon. Thank You!
